The heart behind the kitchen

Hi, I’m Kat.
Pull up a chair.

For me, cooking has always been a way to care for people.

Bringing homemade meals to my dad in his nursing home, and cooking for neighbors recovering from illness, reminded me how much a good meal can mean. Familiar food, a little comfort, and someone who cares.

As a mother and full-time caregiver, I’m building a business around my family and my love of cooking. My children are excited to be part of it, each in their own way.

That’s where Kat’s Custom Cuisines begins. A family kitchen, a generous table, and a little more care in every day.

We’re putting together our first menu. For now, share your interest and the kind of meals you’d like. This is an inquiry, not an order. Menu choices, prices, delivery details, and availability will be confirmed before any payment.

Where will you deliver?

We plan to start in the Orlando area. Specific neighborhoods, delivery dates, and fees will be announced as we prepare to launch.

Can I send a meal to someone I care about?

That’s one of our favorite ideas! We’re planning individual gifted meals and care packages. Use the inquiry form to tell us what you have in mind.

Will there be recurring meal packages?

We hope to offer convenient packages for individuals, families, and loved ones. Package sizes, frequency, and prices haven’t been set yet.

What about food preferences and allergies?

Please tell us about food preferences when you inquire. We’ll discuss ingredients and any limitations before confirming an order. We cannot promise an allergen-free kitchen.
